Defend the village. The fight can be split up in 3 phases.
There are 8 spawnpoints for Neanderthals to spawn. They will spawn outside the village walls and use an invisible ramp to walk inside.
Each of these spawnpoints also has a lizard spawner in front of it, inside the village walls.
These spawns will be referred to by the letters A-H, starting right from the main gate and going clockwise.
Lastly, enemies will spawn outside the main gate at the end of the level.
First phase
- After 10 seconds, a Neanderthal from spawner 1 will spawn at C.
- Killing this neanderthal will activate Neanderthal spawner 4 at G.
- Killing one from this spawner triggers another Neanderthal from spawner 1 at C, and from spawner 1_ at B.
- Upon killing two Neanderthals from spawner 4, 2 Neanderthals spawn from spawner 12 at H.
- Lizards spawn after killing the Neanderthal from spawner 1, in this order: D C E H G F B A
- Killing all Neanderthals and lizards progresses the map.

Second phase
- There is an 18 second break. The cutscene begins 3 seconds into this wait.
- Then, 2 Neanderthals spawn from spawner 5 at D, and 2 from spawner 6 at H.
- 4 seconds after killing all 4 of the above Neanderthals, Neanderthal spawns 7, 9 and 10 at A, D and G are activated.
- Lizards spawn immediately together with the first four Neanderthals, in order: E G A B C D F H
- Killing all Neanderthals and lizards progresses the map.

Third phase
- There is a 15 second break.
- Then, 4 Neanderthals spawn from spawner 13 at the main gate, as well as a Barbarian from spawner 1 at the main gate.
- Killing the Barbarian triggers 3 Neanderthals to spawn from spawner 14 at the main gate.
- Killing the 4 Neanderthals from spawner 13 triggers another Barbarian spawn at the main gate, from spawner 2. It also triggers Neanderthal spawner 15 at C.
- 4 seconds after that, Neanderthal spawner 16 at G starts.
- Another 4 seconds after that, Neanderthal spawner 17 starts at E.
- Meanwhile, the albino cutscene happens. 2 seconds after the 15 second break the cutscene triggers, and 1 second later the Albino spawns. A second after it destroys the doors, a camera cinematic will play. 2 seconds after that has begun, the albino becomes vulnerable.
- Kill all enemies listed above. The two Neanderthals that were initially smashing up the gate do not need to be killed.
