• An extra patron will spawn in front of him.
• An extra patrolling civvy waiter will spawn at the counter 50% of the time. It is unclear what happens the other 50% of the time.
• An extra bodyguard goon will spawn upstairs at 80% chance.
• Lian Niu will NOT spawn behind the counter or by the bathrooms.

If Lian Niu spawns in the back alley:

• A civvy chef will spawn beside him.
