The injured mechanic by the red van always spawns. An additional civilian spawns if a suspect upstairs does.

Slave indicators: Circled = slave. Gradient = antislave.
A cross denotes incapacitated spawns (X).
Superscript 1 = only used when entering from primary. Superscript 2 = same, but for secondary.
